my fentanyl patches wont stay on or in place, what can i use that wont cover it?

I receive fentanyl pain patches and last month my pharmacy that I get them from changed the brand of patch they carry...  now I'm having trouble with the patches coming of as soon as a day or even a few hours and never have had one totally stay in place overnight. the kind I was getting were excellent and stayed in place and worked like a dream...I haven't had nothing but trouble with this New brand of patch and I'm barely getting any relief at all now?  please tell me what is on the market to help solve this problem it also says not to cover the patch so I'm guessing tape or tagaderm will inhibit the medication from transferring the proper dose through the skin? I am just curious I surely can't be the only person having this type of trouble? please help!!!

I had to use tagaderm myself everytime. It didn't really inhibit the dosaging. My doctor has stopped using them unless his patient's med insurances allow for replacements every 48 hrs instead of 72 hrs. Everyone of his patients, myself included, complained the patches were dry after 48 hrs, and the last day was miserable as a result.

Seems the newer patches are of poor quality in a new of ways. Good luck!
