My Fibro went into remission (after suffering 22 yrs.) with a huge change in my diet.  Went on a 3 week cleansing program from my Chiropractor / Functional Neurologist.  No white carb foods, off the sugar, off the caffeine. Fresh foods. Lost weight and Fibro got better within those 3 weeks !  Find a Functional Neurologist in your area . . . they are few and far between though.
Hang in there.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Car crash can cause multiple types of injuries ranging from soft tissue injuries to fractures to whiplash injuries. Any injury can worsen fibromyalgia, so yes, a car crash can be a real set back if you have fibromyalgia. However, aches and pains can also be the direct result of an injury from car crash. So, depending on your symptoms this aspect should be investigated.
If your symptoms are due to worsening of fibromyalgia only, then the treatment is a mix and match of analgesics, anti depressants, anti seizure medications, physical therapy and counseling. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
