I hurt myself and started taking norco and now have beed using it for ten years, I for about three months started using methadone, then hurt myself and over medicated for two weeks with no noticeable relief, so I now am detoxing by myself because I have no money or decent insurance,
My question is after using methadone for 4 months the last two weeks over did it and now feel terrible it has been several days now I feel a little better thank heaven how long should it take to detox and is there something that isn't a placebo that may ease the discomfort, these meds have make me scared and my goal is to get my life back and not be dependant on anything. I guess I will deal with the degenerating lower spine from truck driving. I am not sure right now whitch is worse I have never done illegal drugs except when pot was but have permission from CA now.
I would like to know if there is a detox to end this game sooner I like my work driving and really need to get to work now or will end up on the street. Since I haven't much money and my insurance won't help unless I'm using heroin which I have never tryed and don't wwant to I am almost 50 so with my time left really wanted to travel and not be sick. Any ideas for this trucker? Thank for any help!
