interesting, just last night I experimented....did not use my asthma spray called qvar last night and did not use lisinopril, my blood pressure pill....slept like a baby and woke with no pain!!........so not sure which of the above must cause the bone pain I have had for weeks and weeks!

Thank you for the tip, will try my magnesium after breakfast and calcium will move to after dinner.............

curious, why I did not have any breathing issue either without my ashtma spray....??...but, have it handy in case today feel I need it..........

I checked your profile.  Sorry you are going through so much.  But since you are menopausal, I will add that wild yam helps me feel better.  My understanding is that it s not like soy or red clover that can cause problems with your thyroid.  I use to use soy supplements, but I started getting terrible hot flashes and hand numbness, and it was definitely from the soy.  Stopping it helped.  So if you use any soy products, find a substitute.

Why are you so deficient?  Did you get tested for Celiac disease?

If you are not on a blood thinner, I'd take L-arginine as it helps me feel really good.  Taking calcium at night and magnesium in the morning can help with bone pain.

I'd take a food-based supplement too.  There are many brands, but this is the one I just started taking and I like it:  http://www.****.com/women.aspx
