Yes I agree you should see a doctor, i just wanted you to read a bit about it as they had a good article on the various things that can cause the pain in the head when lifting weights. Even if it is a migraine you will to be diagnosed. But other things and some more serious can cause this. If you have any questions feel free.

Hi...u really should be seen by a dr for testing to see if this is exercional headaches or something else.A MRI of the cervical spine and brain may be the way to go to get the answers .

It could be that your getting muscle spasm in the back of the neck or head and it is causing a bad headache or migraine. There are some other things they talk about that you should take a look at. I hope this helps.
