Hi,
I am not a nurse:) But yes you could be pregnant. As my grandmother used to say it only takes once:)
I was told I could not have more children and I had two! Get a pregnancy test and if it is negative then go from there.
Please let us know if congratulations are in order!
thank you i mean its not on the out side it just the whole nipple its self
I say do a preg test. Tender nipples were one of my first signs. Also if your significant other has some sort of yeast infection in their mouth......well you get the drift, it could be a fungal infection if it is on the surface that they are sore.
well i havent shown and signs of ovulation. i dont no or think i can get preg. i was thinking it might be but it would only be 2 weeks. so wouldnt this be to early to show n e kind of signs of pregnacy. just as well as this i wave been intamate for 2 years and still havent gotten preg and i show no signs on ovulating. idk what to say. what do u think
Another reason not mentioned is something that will show up nine months later. Do you get my drift. When I was pregnant my nipples hurt so bad I could not even wear a bra and a t-shirt next to them hurt so bad as well. It finally got better after I was many months pregnant. It started when I was around 4-6 weeks pregnant, I can't remember exactly when. It was my first symptom of being pregnant. I don't know if this is possible for you, but if it is then it is something to check out and easily found out.
And as Sandee said, chafing does that even when you don't know they are chafed or don't have a reason for them to be chafed. If you are older then menopausal reasons with the changes in hormones is another reason. I hope this helps.
There are many reasons we women experience sore, tender nipples.
Some are harmless, some easily fixed and some need immediate action!
It could be anything from hormone level fluctuations, breastfeeding, chafing from a new bra or change of soap powder to menopausal symptoms.
I recommend you see your doctor as it can be a sign of something more serious too.
