pain in my leg (proneus longus,brevis and tibialis postorier)

i like and play football after my job times, i also doing running for 15 minutes daily for fitness also.  fifteen days ago i felt pain and heaviness in my right leg blow the knee and up from ankle which was increase gradually as i played regularly daily for 30 minutes. so i decided to give rest my leg by avoiding running and play for few days and i do so for more the one weak and weared 3 socks in that my right leg. after that i feel better and then play again at that 1st day (19-Feb-2009) i was feel better in playing but during the play i hurt by my opponent player at my leg and i suffer more pain. this pain is in my " Proneus longus and brevis" and now i cant walk properly and in rest position. i used a medicen Skelgesic (Tizanidine).

I'm sorry to hear of the injury to your leg. I think you should see a Doctor as soon as you can. An injury such as yours if left untreated and you continue to play on it could lead to further injurys and discomfort. It sounds like you really need to rest that leg.

Please see your Doctor before you play football again. Please take care and good luck with the leg.
