pain in sole of foot

for last few days i have a dull achy pain in sole of my foot especially the left foot (distal metatarsal area ) it worsens when i stand walk or wear footwears ! help me please

I actually has pain and burning on the soles or bottom of my feet both of them. I actually just posted a comment here title: bad if you'd like to read that and see what I've been going through for the last several months.

Could be the start of plantar fasciitis. You should see a podiatrist for definitive diagnosis.

I really advise you to see a podiatrist, preferably one associated with a hospital. They are sometimes held in disdain by the medical community, but they know their stuff about feet. In a worst case scenario "rule out osteomyelitis", but that may not be the case. An x-ray film is indicated. At least three views.
