pain reliefe

I am suffering from lumber pain since 2002.Now I am doing exercise. Is exercise i usefull for me.

exercise is very useful, as long as it is not putting more stress on your spine. I would follow instruction of your doctor/chiropractor/physiotherapist for appropriate exercises for your condition. I would also encourage massage therapy for you, as its very helpful for back pain, as well for exercise, yoga is wonderful to increase core strength and flexibility, as well is helpful for reducing my own pain (and stress)!
