Hi, first, its best to prevent pain from standing too long by wearing full length support stockings. This will also prevent varicosities that results from prolonged standing at work.
Put your legs up soon as you get home, and / or whenever you can take a break from work.
Soak your feet and legs in warm water with Epsom Salt for 20 minutes, or better yet, soak in a tub bath of the warmest water you can tolerate with Epsom salt. It helps to relax, feel refreshed and ease the pain.. .
