My prescription was torn in 4 pieces and taped back toghter still completely legibleis it ok to fill taped?

I reckon that that will still be good. Just give it a try and if asked, just explain what happened.

My son tore it in 4 pieces. I have medi-cal approval tar to fill and i taped it back together.

I'm sure they will ask you why it was torn but otherwise it's still a prescription so go for it.
