Welcome! You've asked a good question but only time will tell. In my opinion the fracture is not the largest obstacle, it's the torn ligament. To some degree it will depend on the severity of the injury, the medical care that your receive and how well your body heals.  

I don't know your age but I would be hopeful. When ordered follow the physical therapy plan to a T. The importance of strengthening the area once it's healed cannot be over stated.  A good PT plan and after care will be a must.
