suboxone cancels hydrocodone for how long?

how long after INGESTION of suboxone must I wait before taking my hydrocodone? I know it cancels opiates out, so I don't want to waste my medicine.

Three to five days is correct. The sub will cancel out the opiates but keep in mind it will make you very ill to mix the two too. Give your self at least five days to avoid this.

Welcome to the pain management forum of MedHelp. Mollyrae has given you good advice regarding "Ask a Pharmacist."

I was researching the question and everything I read agreed with Mollyrae's numbers. It will tack a minimum of 3 days and up to 5 days before the effects of the suboxone is out of your system. I have seen others claim it took them 8 days.

"Ask A Pharmacist" you shoul be able to get your question answered there. If I were to make an educated guess, I would estimate approx. 24hrs. For the drug to completely leave your system is anyware from 3-5 days. Thank's for your post. Take care,
