Hello and Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. As you can see you all have our own preferences and opinions.

I am sorry that this site does not recommend specific physicians. Try doing a goggle type search of your area physicians.... and then simply call. It can be time consuming and frustrating but unfortunately it's sometime the only way.

Please find another way.  Sub is EVIL stuff.  I've kicked Heroin, Methadone and various other opioids none of which were as bad as sub phsically and mentally.   It has a real mind **** twist to it.
