please help. I HAVE BAD BACK FROM A WRECK. AFTER TRYING MANY THINGS
I WENT TO A PAIN DOC. SHE STARTED ME UP SLOW TILL I MADE IT TO
WHAT WORKED FOR ME.40MG,8 TIMES A DAY.
I HAD A APPT WITH HER 4 DAYS AGO. WHEN WE ALL GOT THERE SHE HAD CLOSED. I CALLED THE DEA AND THE FBI. THEY DID NOT CLOSE HER DOWN.
HOW CAN SHE LEAVE SOOO MANY PEOPLE IN THIS AND WALK AWAY WITH OUR RECORDS. SHE HAD BEEN GETTING CALLS TELL HER TO GET OUT OF TOWN BECAUSE SHE WAS BLACK. SHE WAS IN THE CITY BUT MOVED TO
COUNTRY. BUT  DO WE NOT HAVE RIGHTS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS FOR 5 YEARS.

Ethically, I believe that is called Patient Abandonment and should be reported to your state's medical governing board.  If you are damaged (go into severe withdrawal for instance) you may have grounds for a law suit.  But of course, you have to track her down first.

Do you have any other doc you can see in the meantime?  You can at least get your pharmacy records to show what you've been taking and the record will aso have the prescribing physician's name.  The more you can provide a new doc in writing, the better chances you'll have of getting back in treatment sooner.
