various pains high pain tolerence had a few tests no answers

I am regularly in severy pain in various places. I have a few (what I would call minor) injuries to my neck. Doctors have told me the damage should be severe but the xrays showed no damage. I gets pain and stiffness in my neck at least once a day but I am having severe pains in my arms that I was told were compressed nerves till the xrays came back. My arms become extremely hypersensitive most often from the fingertips to the elbow but sometimes to my shoulder. It effects both arms but most often the left. It starts from the outside edge of my pinky finger spredding inward. At the moment it has stopped between my ring finger and middle finger. Any touch or temp change causes excruciating pain I reach into the fridge for something or sit near a heat source and it hurts. As does my clothes against my skin. If I touch the table or bed with my arm it also causes pain. Sometimes its local to the touch some times it branches awayfrom the immediate site like veins. It feels like fire and ice like its hot and cold ah the same time sometimes its a sharp stabbing. The pain does not branch past the sensitive area but when the sensitive area is the entire arm it spreads farther in every direction. I have read similar posts of people with pain in the legs. Also it used to only happen every few months then every couple months now its every couple weeks. Its been happening for about 9 years now with episodes lasting usually a day or 2. I sought help when it didn't stop for more than a week. Its is almost always at the same time I have neck pain but can last after the neck pain has stopped. Over been prescribed tramadol low dose but after taking 8 less often then directed over 2 weeks they stopped working. I have noticed goose bumps as well. The sensitivity fades to a numbness like my arm fell asleep. I hope to get some clues to what this might be ideas of what I can talk to my doctor about and anything else I should expect

Thank u  and to describe the injuries I was in abusive household at 11 and the boy and his friend pushed me repeatedly many senerios where my head was against the wall or the base of the couch or the dresser etc. And the rest of my body on the floor. And once thay pushed me off a piece of the swing set about 7 ft off the ground and landed with the back of my head on the ground and my body up in the air then the rest of my body fell towards the top of my head. And I may have whiplash from a car accident near the same time. None if this was examined at the time I was only able to seek help after I left the household

It is difficult to understand a nine year old injury without any details or an physical exam. The radiculopathy could be from a whiplash type of accident that injured the spinal nerves, myelin, or soft tissue. You could have facet joint syndrome. Even if films do not show causes for pain, treatment with steroid at C5, C6, C7 might offer relief, although the age of the injury is not in your favor.

You may need a stronger analgesic than Tramadol, and perhaps a muscle relaxant would help. Talk to your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Read about thoracic outlet syndrome and see if it sounds like a match for your symptoms.  Not sure why doctors forget about this sometimes.
