vicodin and pure oxycodone together
can you take vicodin and oxycodone w/o the tylenol at the same time?
Obviously you should take the medications as prescribed by your physician. If he/she ordered them to be taken together then do so. If he did not then don't take them together.

um I have been perscribed them but not to be taken together at the exact same time. More like take my Vicoden and then if I am still in pain take my oxy for the breakthrough.
