If you have an infection of any kind, no shampoo is going to help.  You need to see a doctor.

MRSA on the scalp can be causes by itching of the scalp or chemicals in sores from hair products. It can also be from previous head injury? Either way, it could be serious. If they are small pimple-like sores, alone or in clusters, you may have caught it early. However, if they are rough and peeling then chances are they already popped, meaning puss created a scab. When this happens the infection is in the air and can spread anywhere. Now this could also be mistaken from  folliculitis, which is the inflammation of hair follicles. If MRSA is present, you will most likely suffer from a fever, nausea, and possible loss of appetite. If you have any of those symptoms I would definitely get checked out by a doctor. If MRSA is caught early they prescribe you with medication. If it's too far along they will have to make incisions to allow the infection to ooze out. They will bandage these incisions, of course, and they will have to be completely sealed until the doctor takes a look at them. I really hope this helped. I was a MRSA patient myself just a few months ago
