whats wrong with my body?????

well about a month ago i wake up nauseous and end up puking twice, the next day i was constipated and took ex lax, pain didnt go away but i delt with it for like a month i guess then it started bad and i went to the hospital nov. 10 '10 because i had really bad pains in my belly and near my appendix so i think i have appendicitis. well they gave me an abdominal rub down to see if there's anything wrong of course, then they took my blood and urine, came back and said i had a pretty bad UTI, so they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me home. Well after 5 days of antibiotics, the pain was still there pretty bad, i couldnt walk unless i needed to use the rest room. so i go and see an actual doctors office i tell her i still have pain and what antibiotics they gave me. she said it was the wrong kind of antibiotic for a UTI, so she gives me a different kind and says to keep taking the other ones anyway and she takes my urine comes back and says i have a small amount of "BILIRUBIN" in there, and says she thinks i might have a problem with my liver or gallbladder, and makes an appointment for an ultrasound on the 18th,So the pain by my appendix is gone now and has moved into the right side of my pelvis ,sharp pain.  but i wanted to wait until i saw the doctor again, but then the pain spread to the tendon? in the crack between my leg and my pelvis, and hurt my whole leg. well i go to the hospital for my ultrasound and they say they cant look in my pelvis because the ultrasound was just liver and gallbladder, well they tell me i have to wait til the 23rd to find out if there is something wrong or not. well the 21st i started to get a light light yellow digcharge now (like i'm always"truned on", and the weirdest thing is is that my heart beat is really deep if that makes since like its pounding but i'll just be sitting down and my chest plate hurts. its freaking me out and i just wanna know what is really wrong with me

Did they say if you had gallstones or anything? An enlarged bile duct is usually caused by a gallstone.

To me it sounds like either either the UTI is still there (sometimes they can be really difficult to get rid of, especially if you've had it for a while) - or perhaps some other infection, possibly even an STD (only thinking this because of the discharge).  it is possible, also that, since the pain is in your pelvic area, that you may have an ovarian cyst and that discharge could be from it rupturing.  A ruptured cyst CAN be a health emergency, so it's important that you get checked out quickly.    You need to be seen, preferably by your gynecologist, quickly.  I'm suggesting your gynecologist becuase they can better determine and treat any problems with the reproductive system.  They could also treat you for the UTI if that's what it turns out to be.  They also sometimes have ultrasound equipment in their offices, so they may be able to do a pelvic ultrasound right there, although they may want to send you for a CT scan als.

Best of luck and please don't delay in getting seen by a doc.
