wound in my ankle.

1 week ago i have injury caused by iron sheet on my right leg tartus (ankle). I go nearby clinic where doctor inject me tatnus injection and 3 stitches on wound. Now i have pain on my phaglus (foot nerves) when there is little pressure on the wound. please suggest me the solution.
