Right rib discomfort

For a while now I have been getting these pains like something is stuck in my ribs when I bend over for a sec or wipe after going to the bathroom.. anything thatcauses me to bend to the right it feels like something gets stuck in my right rib. It hurts sooo bad. I got my ghalbladder removed in dec 2008 not sure if its related, but what coudl it be?

Sounds pretty typical for either costochondritis or, more likely, costochondrial dislocation. Since physical maneuvers elicit the pain I would think it highly unlikely that it relates to your gallbladder issue. This can usually only be diagnosed with a careful physical examination. Frequently, the patient will hear or feel a "pop" when the pain starts.
