i have experienced what they call depersonizalation (sp?) and derealization which is when i feel like i'm not in my body and it's close to feeling like i'm gonna pass out. my method for fixing this feeling i do not recommend, but i pinch my skin and poke myselff with my keys or something pointy, just to regain the feeling of my body connecting to my brain. ironicalllly i get these feelings mostly when i'm in line at the pharmacy to pick up my meds for my many anxiety/panic disorders. haha kinda wierd.
but i would recommend you do something that helps you reconnect your mind with your body...i've also tried snapping my fingers, stomping my feet, and other physical activities.
btw, are you on any meds for your anxiety?
