My husband and I have custody of his daughters, they live with us. His 11 year old and 15 year old go visit there mom every Wed and every other weekend. My question is that is it normalNormal saline flush for the 11 year old to always sleep with there mom when she goes over. The 15 year old has her own room. When they come home the 11 year old always has trouble sleeping. What can we do to help?
Maybe she sleeps with her mom because she always has trouble sleeping there, too.
I don't think the fact that she's sleeping with her mom is causing her to not sleep well at your house - but in fact, the fact that she never sleeps well alone is causing her to sleep with her mom.
