6 year old concern

My heart is heavy. I have a 6 year old son and take care of my 6 year old nephew during the week. These boys have been together all the time since practically birth. They consider themselves brothers and do everything together. Yesterday, my nephew was spending the night. The boys spend the night at each others homes all the time as well. I was heartbroken yesterday. I noticed they were in the bathroom together. They are not allowed to but one was taking awhile going potty so my son went in to tell him to hurry up. I heard some laughing so I went in. As soon as I did my son jumped to the floor and I noticed my nephew was holding his penis, he was sitting on the pot still. I saw him laughing when I walked in. I asked them what they were doing and they both said nothing. I immediately pulled my son out and took him to a different room and asked him what was going on. I could tell my son was nervous. He finally started to tear up and told me he didn't want to get in trouble. I reassured him that he wouldn't and he told me his cousin asked him to tickle his wienie with his mouth, so he did. I then let my nephew finish going potty and pulled him to a room to ask him what was going on. He tried saying nothing and finally confessed when I told him his cousin already told me. I was shocked and numb. This stuff doesn't go on at my house. What made me angry is that I found out this wasn't the first time it had happened. My son told me, he couldn't recount how many times. I questioned his cousin and he began to lie to me and told me it was only once. I told him that his cousin told me it had happened more when he finally confessed that it was true. What am I to think about this? I can't sleep or eat? The thing is, is that they know this was wrong but still act like nothing happened. They're more concerned with Dino-bots. We set ground rules, no sharing bathroom, no touching wienies etc... Should I be concerned more of these things will happen again? Do I need to seperate the boys? Please, I need sound advice.

I would defintaly talk to your nephews mother about it! Something seems a little weird about it because he asked your son to do it to him. Is there any way possible that the boy could have been sexually abused by someone? my husbands grandmother is a foster parent and takes care of children that were sexual abused and the sociak worker warned her to watch thr children carefully because they mimic the actions. Your nephew might be doing actions because someone could have done it to him. As far as your son I think he did it because he thought it would have been funny and he didnt know how serious it is. I wouldnt press it to much on your son just let him no that its totally inapropriate. And watch them like hawks. I really think your nephew has either seen that before, or someone is being inapropriate with him.
