8 year old step daughter is hitting younger brothers

I HAVE 3 CHILDREN MY STEP DAUGHTER IS 8 YEARS OLD AND ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE 2 LITTLE BOYS, THEY ARE 6 AND 1. OUR STEP DAUGHTER AT THE END OF SUMMER WILL BE MOVING WITH HER MOM AND STEP FATHER 25 HOURS AWAY. WE KNOW SHE HER AND KEEP HER OFTEN, SHE IS WITH US ABOUT 120 DAYS A YEAR, AND HER HAVE A GOOD, STROND AND CLOSE RELATIONSHIP. I AM A STAY AT HOME MOM AND GIVE MY CHILDREN ALL 3 OF THEM MY ALL! SHE HAS RECENTLY(THIS SUMMER) STARTED TO LIE TO ME AND OTHER PEOPLE ALMOST DAILY SOMETIMES ABOUT NOTHING OF ANY IMPORTANCE, SHE HAS MASTERED THE ART OF MANIPULATION AND HAS STARTED HITTING THE BOYS TO THE POINT OF LEAVING MARKS ON THEM, ONLY BEHIND CLOSED DOORS NEVER IN FRONT OF ME OR HER FATHER. SHE RECENTLY ELBOWED ME IN MY SIDE AND CURSED. IT IS 3 WEEKS FROM HER DATE TO MOVE AND I AM WORRIE FOR HER, AND WORRIED WHAT ARE FUTURE VISITS FROM HER WILL BE LIKE. I NEED SOME HELP ON THIS ONE!!

If you communicate with her Mom you could ask how she finds her daughter is behaving,perhaps until this is solved you only have her for a short while and ask her Mother to ask her what is the matter. Or what about her Dad has he talked to her and asked her ,Why, and what does she say. Does she feel the younger children get a lot more attention, is she feeling left out in the Family, do you make sure she has plenty to do , a lot of questions you can answer , how do the other kids behave with her.
