Bedtime issues

Hi All
Wondered if anyone has any ideas please, my son is 10 yrs old very active , Im having real problems getting him to settle at night, bedtime is 8pm but he is allowed to read or listen to his radio but he makes all the excuses and can be up til 10.30pm.
He struggles at school so worries alot he is a very sensitive child. any ideas much appreciated Thank you :) Carrie

Have you tried giving him Melatonin which can be purchased at GNC?  Depending on his weight I would either give him 1 mg or 2 mg an hour prior to bed time.  It worked for my grandson and many of his buddies.
