Frequent bowel movements 10 year old boy

My 10 year old nephew for the last few years has had frequent bowel movements.  They are normal in color but sometimes the size of the bowel movement is so large that the toilet will get clogged.
When I mean frequent - I have seen him use the bathroom 7 times in two hours and he does have a bowel movement.
The order is very bad.
He does not drink milk or eat any dairy - occassionally a grilled cheese.  The doctor had said to use metamucil which does not help the frequency but sometimes increases the amount.

What do his parents think about it, are they concerned at all, does this happen in his home or your home , it could just be the way his body works and maybe thats quite healthy, possible he gets a lot of fibre in his diet , unless it affects you ,just leave it alone it will cause anxiety if you make an issue of it .
