Pealing skin off from fingers and put everything in mouth

My son is nearly six very soon, he already bit nails shen he was one and he start to bite everything if in his hand when he start a new school, I try many things he still doing it, (5 months already), these two months, he start to peal his skin from his fingers even nothing in his hand anymore, we think he is worry, but even he is very happy to play with friends, play his toys, he still do it, he is a active boy, we also think he may has ADHD and will check with doctor when he is six, but fingers getting worst, even blooding, then he did others, PLEASE HELP

I would talk to your pediatrician about it. Doesnt sound like ADHD to me. Check with the doc then go from there.
