Spot on sons penis

My seven year old son has a small sore red spot on the shaft of his penis that has bled. There are a few smaller less obvious spots around the base of his penis. They appeared about 6 days ago and coincided with 2 or 3 nights of hot sweaty fever's. I have noticed that he is getting quite a few erection's and I am not sure if this may have caused or contributed to his condition. In the past he has had a number of skin rashes, and I wonder if skin sensitivity could also be playing a part.
