future and man in sleep?

hi im 13 and a boy. when i sleep i see the future like a week or ttwo later that happens. and also i see this man in my dreams i dont no who he is and i dont no him but i no him as if he is like my past life when i see him when im a wake(day dreaming) i want to cry. like just writing this im crying for some reason. i need to no wat to do. i heard that ghost can make u feel there emotions and cry but that only happens to girls and im just really confused when i cry i get all dizzy and i keep seeing him in everything even in my future dreams.HELP ME PLEASE I NEED HELP

Like ally50 said try to talk to it/him/her, but ask it/him/her "Why? Why are you here? Why are you coming to me? What can I do that could help you?" and listen carefully and as soon as you can do what it/he/she said. The Shangri-La thing probably means that, that is the place they want to go, or that was where it/he/she was last before it/he/she was killed. So PAY ATTENTION to what it/he/she said, it could help you and also if you succeed the visions may stop so don't be freaked out about it actually been happening to me all my life and I think that they like me (the ghosts) I kind of like it so that is my advise to you

Hi little man.

I had somewhat the same problem when I was yung.The next time you have a dream look around you try to rember everything. and then wright it down in a journal when it comes to pass, refer back to your journal, NO it is not a diary, its a manly journal. it will help I promise. When you see the man try to talk to him ask him simple questions like his name, age, where he is from. if he is your angle you are very blessed. Ask him what he is looking for, why he likes to visit you. Honey it is called dayjavu. It is commen alot of people have it they just dont talk about it. I admire you you for speaking out, I am a medium I some times see things others cant, I sence things others cant. I once along time ago, let people call me crazy it tore me down i was very sad. I talked to a woman a little bit older then me at the time and she helped me. Some people are to scared to look beyond their every day life. People like you and me, We have talent we are special, we get to see every thing. Dont be scared you can wright any time.

ok i cant get in contact with her shes to busy and i read one of her books that i could find in my library and tho only book there by her called all dogs go to heavon didnt really help. also i have to scan this but in my dream a tablet with symbols that i wrote down and will put it on here if i can.

Don't believe everything you read.  Try to look up Sylvia Brown. She is very well known and the police force actually used her to find missing people. Maybe you can get into contact with her or read some of her books. Maybe those will help.

i think i know what it was i have been looking threw the internet to find that it might be my gurdian angle because it doesnt do anything to me and on the internet there is a person who had the same thing as me with the person in every dream. i cant find anything for the future sightings tho wat should i do with them? also it says that its very very very rare to evey see ur gurdian angel

Yes talk to your dad. Or even better talk to your step mom. Look on the internet and find others like you and talk to them as well. Just don't worry about it you are normal.

i live with my mom and she will not listen to me i already tryed talking to her she laughed and then left the house and i dont live with my dad and my step mom is also a ghost hunter she goes with the famous ghost hunters on tv but she doest feel them like i do now. i do beleive in ghost but should i try to talk to my dad cause my moms not listening?

have you talked to your parents about this matter?? Maybe you have a gift and you can see the future and can feel the ghost feelings. I do believe in ghost and have a friend that is a ghost hunter so to speak. Talk to your parents please they can help you. Also maybe getting into counseling will help you deal with these visions better. Please don't let anyone tell you you are crazy because these things do happen.
