if u have concerns go ahead & consult a dr now, u can ask them anything they won't think u r crazy

Everyone is different, so this may not be as big an issue as you might feel. It may very well stay about the same size as it is now until just before puberty. Having said that, if it has not started to grow noticably by the time he enters puberty, then definitely consult a doctor, as there could be some underlying causes at that point.
