I feel like Im not doing anything right

My ex-wife and I decided to take in her sisters child as our own from day 1, after we seperated i get my son on weekends but I never really disiplined him. After being single for 3 yrs Im now in a relationship and my son is trying to make her leave anyway he can what do I do?

Your son is used to it being just you, when he only gets to see you on the weekend he wants his time does the girlfriend live there or does she just come over and stay all day. You mite try her being there for just a couple of hours each visits. Does she play with him envolve him in what is going on
