I had a miscarraige & didn't know it was happening...

I was 13 at the time & I took a pregnancy test & it showed two pink lines. Well 2 weeks up into my pregnancy I started taking panadol for my headaches and than suddenly out of nowhere when I went to the toilet and theres blood was in my undies and I was so confused because I just had my period that month and I actually that was normal and it seemed  painful when i pee'd. I never told anyone the pregnancy test and about the discharge of blood but then I told my mum that I think I might be pregnant cause I never her bout the 1st pregnancy test I did and then we did another pregnancy test and it showed that it was negative. So did me taking panadol for my headaches trigger the miscarriage?

you will never know dear, first trimester misscariages are extrely common especially with young mothers, sorry for your loss, be more carful in the future, Im sure you will be a great mom one day,,give yourself some time to grow up and finish school.Babies are adorable, but they are such a responsibility,,,really think about it dont get pg again
