Troubled daughter Smoking pot and Getting introuble

Okay well my 14 year old daughter recently started smoking pot (under my supervision) and only occasionally. Well she smokes MORE and she argues with teachers
Most recent incident:
She was in p.e and the teacher found chocolate on the floor and saw her with a cracker wrapper and said "mikaela put up the chocolate now" Mikaela said "I was eating crackers" And the teacher said " yeah right you got chocolate all over the floor" And mikaela said "I'll show you chocolate b***ch".
She's acting out and im never home to see how she is there. I got tired of her telling me to stop going out all the time so I sent her to live with her dad, and she has been talking to us about having real bad anxiety I told her it will go away. And she complains that im not around her enough, but she has to understand that I can't help her with her anxiety.

Any Advice?

I definitely wouldn't allow my children to smoke pot at all, let alone in my presence. Your daughter has reached a time in her life where she needs her mum the most. she has expressed to you that she's having problems, so it might be a good idea to bring her back, stop the pot smoking, and get help her sort things out. If she may have more focus and do better at school.

We have to set the standards for our kids by example, so if we don't want them to smoke or do drugs or use bad language, then we don't smoke or do drugs or cuss. We have to talk to them constantly too about what's right and wrong and how to stand strong for what's right. Our kids are watching us and if we act like hypocrites (do as I say, not as I do) then they will have no real respect for us. Kids honestly do want boundaries. We can't just be their friend. We have to be their parents and they may not like that but we have to say no or give them consequences for their behavior. If we don't then they will grow up expecting the world to give them what they want. They have to learn this at home. They are constantly watching us and are much smarter than we give them credit for.

I don't know if this means anything to you but I personally think the big problem here is YOU lack time for her. You definitely have to give time to your daughter, it's not enough to know her problems. In order to solve the root cause of it, you have to be willing to try everything to help her. She's trying to open herself so I hope you listen before she goes into deep trouble for ignoring her comments about you not making enough time for her. This is just my honest opinion as a parent, so I hope you think about it. This might interest you as well...

i don't see what everyone is so angry about, there is nothing wrong with using pot. not only is alchohol/cigarettes worse, but she would probably do it even without supervision.

i don't see what everyone is so angry about  --  your words

It's against the law for one.  And, research has proven that "pot" does damage the developing brain.  That's why "everyone is so angry".
