bed time and computers

my 13 year old is constantly arguing with me about our houses bed time and computer time rules.
she says that non of the other kids at school have rules like this and that i am treating them like babies.
so i guess i really just want to hear from other parents with similar aged kids as to what  bed and computer rules other familys have, and also what people think is reasonable for a 13 year old.

My son is 17 & YES he still has a bed time on school nights...10-10:30 He is not on the computer that much though. However if he was there would also be a time limit on it, just like his cell which is 9-10pm. He knew if he would argue in any way about the rules all we had to do was disconnect the internet.......

We always say, "those are not our kids"...."you are"...

I have a 12 year old daughter, who likes to use the computer as well. She has a bedtime of 8:30 and is allowed to spend as much time on the computer as she likes IF her homework and chores are done and its not a youth group night. She would be on facebook talking away with her friends from the second she walks in the door til the moment she falls asleep if I let her!!! I just keep her busy doing other things... and set limitations that way.
