teen with conduct disorder

does anyone have ant ides they can give me on helping with a 15 yr. old with conduct disorder?
She is seeing a councillor and is on concerta and resperodine .
I am still having a lot of trouble with her lying and stealing.She is not a bad kid , she was only diagnosed 4 mo. ago.
The councilling doesn't seem to help much.
I am her grandmother and have raised her since birth. I am very worried about her but know what else to do.
Is there anyone else inthe same situation? Would love some more advice.
