Almost 4 y.o. boy peeing on floors, walls and in his pants

Hi,
My little wonder is peeing on floors, walls and in his pants and is potty trained (well?). I read some old posts that were very encouraging and will use the aim for the cheerio-in-the-toilet game/method. He is in pre-school and thankfully they are very patient. The difference is that my usually empathetic and honest child is very non-chalant about this choice of peeing-on-demand.
Any other encouragement, advice or shared experience is greatly appreciated.
