Just like grown ups, every babies hair grows differently. Some babies are born with mounds of hair and others bald. My daughter didn't have much hair to speak of until she was about 18 months old. Were as my son had more hair at 6 months. My daughter is 5 now and even still her hair grows super slow. My sons on the other hand, I have to cut it every 2-3 weeks. I know its hard with little girls cause you want to do cute things to their hair, not just put a headband on them all the time. Give it time....it'll grow.
