High fever and throwing up every month no other symptoms
My daughter is 2 years old and for a year now I have been documenting her Monthly fevers they occur every 25-33 days like clockwork with the temps reaching 105. We take her to the dr and they test for flu, strep,UTI, ear infections and she never has anything but the vomiting. Once she throws up the temps start coming down and she starts feeling better. The fever can last any where from 1-3 days and seems to be worse at night. She is also very thirsty all the time. We had been told in the past that it was just a virus and she would be better in about a week but we have 2 other kids that never get this and she never been sick with anything else except one case of bronchitis and that was recent, But now that I brought them the documentation they are taking it more seriously. We are going to see a Id specialist at Texas Childrens as soon as we can get an apt. any idea what this might be?
