How can I help my one year baby sit, crawl and walk?

I am 23 weeks pregnant am expecting my second child but my first child who is one year 3months can't sit, crawl or walk.. I have been seeing a physiotherapist but it's not helping. The doctors said she got brain damage due to converusions.. Fellow mothers what can I do?

Oh, I'm so very very sorry.  What kind of therapy do you do for her?  Physiotherapy?  Keep at that---  it can ultimately help.  If your daughter is delayed, things may take longer.  I'm not sure what converusions are?  What happened to her?  I have a son with a developmental delay and it requires extra parenting for sure. Be patient.  They do improve if you keep patiently working at things.  Is she speaking at all?
