I had virtually the same thing with my son, he had the Pyloric Stenosis opp when he was 12 weeks old but some time later he started projectiling and not being able to eat solids, i took him back to the hospital that did the op. Basically what they said was that sometimes not enough of the pyloric musle is taken away so even though at first the op may appear successful, due to introducing solids it can still cause problems. I was told to take him home again and see how it goes, luckily there was only another couple of episodes and it seemed to sort itself out.
