Our 3 1/2 year old son has had a lot of issues with pooping his pants over the past month. We have to change dirty pants about 5 times a day. It's almost as if he is trying to hold it in, but little bits will come out. We'll change him, and about 10 minutes later it happens again. It is never full poops. We make him sit and try to go on the toilet, but only a handful of times has he been able to get it out. Could this be a digestive problem? I'm not sure if it's a control issue or maybe something he is physically struggling with? Help:)
