blisters on lips

my 17months old little girl has wite blisters on her lips that dont apper to be chapped on open and she is in no other discomfort.. 3 weeks ago she had a chest infection but this is long over with now? none of us suffer with coldsores so have no idea what this could be. any ideas

it could be yeast look at photos on webmd yeast would be like white blisters
