help with 4 yr old potting

im hoping someone can help .my granddaughter is going to be 5 in may and she will pee on the pot but she flat out refuses to poop on the potty....if you say something about going poo while she is on it she will get right off of potty. and if you say something like lets try to go poppy and she will change subject immediatly.....thanks ahead of time....deb

Where does she go then? As she is 5 year old and unless she is pooping on the floor let her be in charge of her own Bowels, its her body and unless there is a physical problem its her concern .Allow her to go to the bathroom alone , and be reponsible for herself.
