my child does not want to eat

my son does not want to eat what can i do i give him pediasure but he still does not want to eat. took him to a doctor they said hes fine. but me as a parent im worried .

I worried the same way. My doctor told us the same thing. He was right. don't worry unless it is for days. but remember do not give in to sweats when they change their minds. Keep what you give them to healthy snacks, favorite foods(my kids eat chicken nuggets from Tyson at least twice per week), or low sugar drinks. my kids love water. they are allowed as much water as they want. juices in mornings, milk with dinner. everything else is a treat after we have eatin our meals and only if we eat our meals. sometimes my kids are not hungry at dinner. its ok. but we save their plates for when they are hungry. deserts are rewards. it ticks them off sometimes, but they get over it.
