repetitive speech

My two year old grandson goes out with his father every weekend for pancakes and then to watch trains which he loves.  He is constantly telling everyone about it, all day every day.  He tells his stuffed animals, babysitter, strangers in the grocery store and anyone else he encounters "da da choo choo train pancakes.  He can say it in random moments anytime during the day, even talking to himself.
Is this behavior normal or are we seeing signs of OCD?
