I agree with margy...we would need more information. are you SURE of abuse and you're wondering if there could be damage, or are you wondering if there's abuse because there was physical damage?

if you ever suspect sexual abuse you need to call the police and get your baby to a doctor immediately.

What do you mean, lose a testicle? The testes is not in scrotum or the scrotum itself is missing ? Highly unlikely that sexual abuse would cause anyone to lose a testicle.

Well,  the obvious answer is yes,  someone could cut the testicle off.  

Some boys are born with only one testicle,  or an accident causes the loss of a testicle.
