wetting pants and bed wetting

my 5 year old wets the bed every night and wets his pants 5 times a day and goes to the toilet about 10 times a day im fed up with washing clothes and bedding im not sure if its a medical problem or if he does it delibretly he cant seem to hold on when we are out and theres no toilets around or when we cant go like if we are on the bus or train not sure what to do

Could be a bladder infection, so get it checked out first he probably cant help it ,also does he drink a lot , cut back on liquids unless he has got a bladder problem then he will need to drink a lot and Doc will prescibe for him..Have you talked to him about it what does he say ,has he any pain when he goes?
