Does this sound like parkinson's disease

Hello and thank you for your response to this question in advance.

I am a 25 year old male who just recently graduated from college. I am in pretty good shape and have not had anyone in my family with neurological issues. Over the past few weeks i have experienced a variety of scary symptoms. I have had muscle twitches in my left calve and both fingers in my hands. My left hand is very shaky, especially when I am holding something like a cell phone. My right hand is shaky at times but not as bad as my left. My triceps in my right arm seem to be tense. When i extend my right arm out and flex my tricep muscles they are very sore for a few seconds afterwards. Also, when i touch my left thumb and forefinger together, my thumb will begin to twitch after a few seconds. This twitching only happens when i slightly touch them together. The pulse in my left hand beats so hard it almost makes my hand move.I went to a neurologist today and he said that this was nothing to worry about and it was probably anxiety related. I should note that i have been under extreme stress lately. This worrying and stress are causing me to lose my mind. I feel like i can no longer function at my job. My blood pressure and pulse have also skyrocketed in the last month. This all seemed to start after an extremely stressful situation at work. If there is anyone out there that can give me some insight, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and god bless in advance.

Odd, I have had the same thing happen to me. Except I can't really pin point where my first stresses come from. I have however been getting scary symptoms of the like. So if nothing is wrong with you according to a Neurologist I must be fine as well. At least that is how I am seeing it. I think we both should take a crack at not worrying so much and trying to de-stress about what might be going on in our bodies, that most likely is not. however if concerned still, An MRI or CTT scan should help to narrow out life threatening Diseases.
Let me know how you progress.
Leo.
