Family History of Parkinsons and Neurological Symptoms

I began in August of 2008 with a twitching eye. First it started in my eye lid and then my vision began to shake. I had dizzy spells and numbness in my hands and feet. The frequency and intensity increased until January when my vision began to blur in and out.

January 2009 I had my first real episode. I was hospitalized because I was having difficulty controlling my ability to walk and I began having involuntary movements, as my head began to bob, my shoulder began moving and my arms and legs trembled. For a month after my first episode I had trembling in my hand when I tried to use my arm actively. Now, every 5 weeks I have an episode.  The muscles in my legs, either my ankles, shins or hamstring cramp up and I have difficulty walking. The muscles in the  back of my neck clench up and out all day long. Usually the episode last a couple of days. So far, this last episode has lasted a week.

I've had MRI of both my head and spine, EEG, a spinal tap, Lyme disease test, etc. Everything came back normal except they saw a light haze at the tip of the spine. In 6 months I'm supposed to get another test to see if anything changes.

My grandmother had Parkinson's Disease. She died when I was three years old and I have very faint memory of her and the disease. I am 32 years old so the age factor is not here, but I guess the family history could be. Does my symptoms suggest early stages of the disease and should I be getting my doctor to look more closely at this?
